TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The White Card is an individual, non-transferable membership card valid at The Sukhothai Bangkok, Rayavadee Krabi and The Okura Prestige Bangkok. The card is the property of the issuing agent. It is not a credit card and has no cash value. All benefits are subject to presentation of a valid membership card and are honoured until the expiry date shown on the membership card. The White Card may not be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotional rebates or offers. Please note that membership is available to residents of Thailand only.

Food and Beverage Privileges

The White Card may be used for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A valid membership card must be shown in order for the applicable reductions to be given. Only one card may be used per visit, per table. There is no limit to the number of guests included in your party. Dining benefits are not available at Thimian, The Zuk Bar, or for room service.They are also not applicable for beverages (unless otherwise stated), tax, service charges or tobacco. There is no discount for items from the children's menu. Children below six years old will not be considered as diners.

Accommodation Privileges

Rates must be booked through the hotel website or directly with the hotel. A valid membership card must be presented upon check-in to receive benefits. All requests are subject to availability and other restrictions, and cannot be combined with any other special offer, promotion, discount or certificate offer.

Spa Privileges

A valid membership card must be presented upon check-in at the spa to receive benefits.

Other Privileges

A valid membership card must be presented to receive benefits.

Electronic Certificates

The White Card membership includes a selection of electronic certificates that may be used at any time, subject to availability, during your membership year as stated on your membership card. E-certificates can only be used with a prior reservation. E-certificate redemption can be requested either through the member login page (www.thewhitecardthailand.com) or by calling The White Card office during business hours.

Lost or Stolen Membership Cards

Lost or stolen cards requiring replacement will incur a THB 150 fee for the new card. The re-issued card will have a new membership number and will have the same expiry as the original card. The lost or stolen card will be cancelled and cannot be used once a new card is issued.

Supplementary Membership Card

Membership includes a complimentary supplementary membership card. No additional e-certificates are offered, but the supplementary member is entitled to the same benefits as the main cardholder, as indicated above

Cancellation Policy

Members of The White Card may cancel their membership and receive a full refund if cancelled within 30 days from enrolment. Refunds will be paid in full on the condition that members have not availed themselves of any of the benefits, reductions, or e-certificates included in The White Card membership. If members have used any elements of the membership benefits, the value of said usage, whether it be a reduction on dining, accommodation, spa, or redemption of a complimentary e-certificate, the associated amount will be deducted from the original membership fee paid. The subsequent pro-rated amount will be the total refunded.

Where members have used a credit card to pay for the membership fee, the refund will be made to the same credit card. Please note that this may take one month to be credited back to the members account, depending on the existing policy and procedure of the issuing bank/credit card company. Where members have paid the membership fee in cash, they will be issued a cheque for the refundable amount.

Refunds will only be processed once The White Card office has received, in good condition, the complete membership package that was issued at the time of joining The White Card. Please note that no cancellations will be processed after the 30-day period has passed
